Is FaultPilot free?
Yes — a capable Free Edition exists today under GPL-2.0-or-later, with the complete reliability engine: error monitoring, incidents, RCA, prevention, diagnostics, doctors, WooCommerce intelligence and the full recovery architecture. Pro adds prediction, AutoPilot remediation, verified automation and scale workflows on top.
How is Pro delivered after purchase?
Immediately. When your order is paid, the store issues your license key and emails it to you within minutes. Enter it once at WP Admin → FaultPilot → License; Pro verifies it with the official license server and all Pro features unlock. The plugin package is also available from your account page at any time.
What happens if the license server is unreachable?
Nothing bad. Pro honors the last verified entitlement during a grace period and retries in the background — your site never depends on our server to keep working. The kill switch, if ever needed, disables Pro components only; it can never disable your site, WordPress, or the Free plugin.
Does the Free Edition include recovery?
Yes. Safe Mode, single-use signed recovery links, recovery points and rollback are part of the Free Edition — recovery is the core of the product, not a paid upsell.
Do you offer refunds / SLAs?
Every Pro purchase carries a 14-day money-back guarantee. You can also deactivate a license from your site and re-use the seat elsewhere. Enterprise SLAs and hosting partnerships are available through the contact page.
